Hi, my name is Julia.
I have been supporting people in relaxing and releasing tension by providing customized therapeutic massage since 2005. Every "body" is different in how it responds to and/or holds onto stress, injury and trauma. I customize my approach to each treatment to best meet what your body is telling me it needs in that session.
My goal is to provide relaxation and relief and to support you in listening to what your body needs. I recommend massage every four weeks as a baseline for everyone. Once we learn how you respond to massage and you begin listening to what is going on with your muscles, we can begin playing with the frequency of massage treatments.
